Psychological therapy is another name for talking therapy – psychological treatments for mental and emotional problems like stress, anxiety and depression. There are many types of talking therapy, but they all involve working with a trained therapist. Therapy may be conducted on a one to one basis, in a peer group or with family.

I have over thirty years’ experience working in the field of child and adolescent mental health. In 2004, I also added the Interpersonal Therapy IPTUK/Mindfulness qualification.
